Today, access to information had allowed us, at least in theory, to get to all the sources of information we need. Thus, the new strategic choice consists of making access to information easier, within certain limits. However, caution is necessary when faced with this new situation. Whatever is proposed can, in fact, cause an opposite reaction from the one desired. It is more likely that, when faced with the enormous quantity of information available, the public may react - sooner or later - with an increasing lack of interest in, or even intolerance to information.
